Just finished her now. It's been a quick stitch. Stitched on Light Examplar Vintage 28 count Cashel linen with DMC floss. Used 2 ply gold blending filament for the stars on her gown and half stitches on the star. From CEC Leaflet #30 Folk angels Plus One. She's really an angel but she "In Disguise".

From the Nov. 2013 issue of Cross Stitch & Needlework. Stitched on 28 count light exampler vintage Cashel linen with the suggested GAST threads. The Picnic Basket the chart called for should have been Pecan Pie. I used long arm cross stitch for the border.

Stitched on Chardonnay Country French Linen 28 count with DMC floss. Just finished this past Wed. This was from the Pocketbook Needlework newsletter #8 from the Fall of 1990. No coloured pictures, you had to stitch it to see the colours. Check out that cow, at least I think it's a cow.

Bought this kit quite a while ago. Found it in the files and started stitching. The heart pearls need to be firmly attached. Stitched on 28 count Light Rose & white Gingham linen by Graziano. I bought a Sudberry white box to put it into. This is a Sweetheart Tree kit.

This sampler was designed by the late Cathy Livingston. It appeared in issue #10 of SANQ 1993. I started stitching it May of this year and finished late last month or early this month. Stitched on the called for 27 count putty linen with DMC Flower thread except for the dark green and dark salmon. I used DMC floss. Various stitches were used.

This wee thing is not quite 2" wide and 4" long. It has 8 various sampler stitches plus cross stitches. Stitched with DMC floss on Glenshee linen. Started it Thurs. afternoon and finished it last evening. Now to find a tiny frame!
