This will be for a baby announcement once Kelly's baby arrives.

This pattern is found in the book entitled: "Four Seasons of Cross Stitch by House-Mouse Designs". Ellen Jareckie is the designer, and Sharon Pope did the stitching adaptations.

Instead of a baby announcement (as both daughters were born w/ a little over a year between them) I just stitched this piece. There are a few weeks to the original pattern, which has a longer shelf with more toys...& I added a head to the ballet suit to represent both girls.

For community members Reneè & Russell.

My husband loves the Storm Troopers from Star Wars. I came across this pattern on Etsy (store name is StitchBucket) and stitched it up on Navy Aida for him as a Father's Day gift. I hung it up in the hallway amongst our daughters dance photos.

Using PCStitch I created this individualized piece for our dance instructor.
I couldn't find what i was looking for in a pre-designed pattern, so while looking at an old MJ pose as inspiration- I adjusted it to have look/style that our class did. We wore black pants w/ or black jazz shoes, sequin black top. W/ a cane and bollar hat.

We danced to Michael Buble's "Feeling Good" so I added that to the side & and all the ladies sign the bottom for Jen.

This is a bookmark for Floyd's birthday. He may be pushing 90 (a few yrs left to go) but he still enjoys riding & actually just bought himself a new 2015 Shadow. I found this image on a friendship-bracelet website (submission from a user moniker 'Fredgirl') then transferred it into a cross stitch. I added a riding quote to fill the blank space.

My cousin is a Trekkie. I used my PCStitch program to layout the graph for this piece. The Federation symbol at the top & Enterprise icons at the bottom are from the book 'Star Trek Cross Stitch' By: John Lohman.

I added the zodiac constellations of both Rindi, Jason & little Emma and tried to make the words as ships-log style, both in the phrasing and type cast (as it would show up on the computer as an entry log).

From the 2010 September Cross Stitcher Magazine. This is for my neighbour who is a huge fan of all things Grand Prix. I seen it and immediately thought of her (though it's taken a few years to get around to stitching it).

A friend & neighbour recently lost her horse to old age. This is meant as a tribute for a love that was in her life for as long as Cara's was.

Originally as a kit from Creative Collection, inc - I was missing the floss included and relied on the colour floss conversion chart available here to remedy that for me.

Jane Austin's opening line in Pride & Prejudice.

From the Issue No.86 of New Stitches magazine (2000)

My stitched frame is off - though I know where it is, I can't find the stitches that made it so as all the counting up to that point matches the chart. No one in particular for this in mind. Though I think it would make a good wedding gift. ;)

A friend put out a request out to have items donated for the silent auction her charity Linked Through Love is putting on. This is my submission. There is plenty of symbolism in this piece beyond the warm/love & home the rustic appeal gives. It also promotes nutritional eating & the red winged black bird stands for "life changes". All things LTL stands for.
Pattern is Found in the September 1994 magazine For the love of Cross Stitch (a Leisure Arts distribution).

A complimentary pattern from Brooke's Books website. I altered it slightly and used 2 colours instead of just one solid floss stencilling. Not sure what I'm going to finish this as.
