Thread colors are darker then came with kit Janlynn oneb

I bought this kit from Walmart from Janlynn. called God sent special things. it two kitten in a basket I been working on it and all the colors are darker then what shows in pic. a lot different this the 2nd time I have a problem the other kit it was like 4 colors were off either lighter and 2 were way darker it go to end up so much different has anyone else had this problem with their kits? I been stitching for years and this the first time I come across something like this.

    I have found that some kits - 15% about - have thread in different colors than the photo. I usually keep all my spare thread, so if I don't like what the kit contained, I simply substitute. I have run across the same with beaded pieces - photo will show brown beads and black ones are in kit. When the directions specified "root beer" colored beads and I had black, I then called the company (Mill Hill) and explained the situation. If it is their mistake, they will send the proper color to you. Go to top
