A gardener's delight cross stitch stocking - heirloom stocking

I am looking for a pattern for a heirloom stocking. The stocking in question is titled "Gardener's Delight" designed by Sandy Orton/Kooler Design Studio. It belongs to the Heirloom Stocking series and was featured in the "Cross Stitch Christmas" magazine, 2002 edition. I have been looking for this pattern for ages but have not managed to find it. Can anyone help me???
