baby sampler

I am looking for a free pattern of a baby sampler since I will be a first time grandma. I made one for each of my daughters many years ago and the new mom wants one for her baby. to include baby name, weight, date of birth, length. the sampler had pictures of bunnies, train, bear, hearts, ball. I could design it myself but would not know the stitch count unless I went back to the old samplers and counted. I want to avoid doing that if possible.

    I have a few birth announcement samplers I've collected over the years that were freebies. I tried to find them to send you the links but they are pretty old. I'd be happy to send them to you but I would need your email address and don't know how we'd exchange them as we don't want to post them on a public message board.
