Danielle,
Try now. I had some code in place to block other sites who where linking directly to our patterns to make it look like they were coming from their site. For some reason, your browser was appearing as if it was coming from another site to download the patterns.

Well I added some "diagnostics" to see what's happening and it appears it happens when someone is clicking an email link coming from Hotmail or also links from www.ask.com. They probably are doing it to track that a user clicked the link. Go to top

My email is MSN and they own Hotmail. I wonder if that has anything to do with it? Or is it spyware on my PC? Go to top

Well I'm glad you asked since I was wondering the same thing. Can you tell me if you went to the Pattern Library by clicking a link in your email or did you go by selecting from an entry in "favorites" in IE? Go to top

It was through my email! A friend found this site emailed it to me and I clicked on it. When you click on a link to a website from your email there is a small space on the top of the page that says 'You are visiting a site outside of Hotmail. To return to Hotmail, close this browser window'. I bet this is what was doing it! Go to top

Yep, sure enough, that explains it! That's exactly what www.ask.com does too. They are using "frames" to still keep you at their site but allow you to view the other site. I appreciate your help in solving this problem as I definitely wasn't trying to block emailed links, just links to sites where they had the pattern images on their site and then copied our download link next to the image but didn't give us any credit for the pattern!
