picture on grid paper

I have used this before, but for some reason, I cannot download a picture on the paper. Is there a fault?

    Patricia,
    Do you get any errors or just no image? If the latter, make sure the image is in JPG format and try to keep it under 250k in size. If you have a slow connection, you may need to reduce the size further.

    the images are jpeg, I get a little block on the top left hand corner, and then nothing and at the bottom it says done.

    I have done it before with no problems, do I perhaps have to download a program, because they upgraded the program on my computer.

    Please ignore, I have found the problem, as we say here in South Africa, I was just being "dof" pictures are too big, will have to try and resize
