where is the key?

when i download a pattern i am not getting a color key chart. am i doing something wrong or is there color key available>

    If you go to the File menu in the viewer, you can select Print Color Key to print those items. If you select Print Preview, you can see them before printing.

    I am also in need of the color key chart. When I follow the directions (ie File menu, Print, Preview), all that I get is the size of fabric needed and the length/width stitch count. No colors listed. Go to top
