PC Stitch Installation Problems

Hi, I'm Ysabel from Dominican Republic.. I'm so exciting to get your free patterns but every time I tried to install the PC Stitch Software the systems says: "Setup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
I have tried the two ways: automatically and manually and I received the same error.. Can somebody help me please?
