Graph paper underlay feature

I have a Mac computer. I use Safari for my browser, but the "Browse" button doesn't appear on the More Options page of the graph
paper. However, when I switched to Firefox, although the Browse button is now there, the graph disappeared, In it's place is a
message to download Adobe Reader. I already had it installed, but downloaded an upgrade just to be sure. Still no graph.

Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

Unfortunately it sounds like there is something that is not compatible with the Mac. It will take me some time to research a solution to the problem. Go to top

Do you have any news about how to use the graph with a Mac? No rush, I'm just interested if there is hope! Go to top

No luck yet. I haven't been able to get the PDF Plugin installed into Firefox on teh mac I have access to. Once I get that done, then I can start testing. Go to top

Thanks for your help. I'm still trying to get this done. I've downloaded the plug in but can't open it, so I'm waiting for a response to my query.

It never occurred to me to use Firefox, since my preferred browser is Safari. With Firefox I see the browse button, but nothing happens when I select a picture.

I'll let you know how it works after I get the plug in installed.

Thank you again. Go to top

OK, I got Firefox set up and I can see the picture under the graph, great!

But, I can't download or print it. There is no toolbar, and if I do a print command I get your page with the graph area blank. With Safari, the toolbar is there, but no browse button.

I'm sorry for all the trouble I'm causing, but I hope it will also help other Mac users in the future.

Thanks for your continued help. Go to top

The only thing I can suggest is checking the settings in the Adobe Reader application. Specifically, see options for changing what is visible in the Toolbar. Go to top

I can't get the Adobe menu bar when I'm on your site, so that doesn't work. If I open Adobe documents, the toolbar is fine, and as I
said, when I open your site with Safari, I get the toolbar. If I could just combine the Safari and Firefox displays I'd be delighted.

I'll try again when I get home to my older desktop. Some things work better on older Macs and this may be one of them. I'll let you
know in a couple of months if it works.

Thanks again for all of your help with this. Go to top
