Where should I start on this project?

So I know most times you start at the very center of the image but my problem is i am doing a baby tiger so wouldn't it be better to do the outline of the tiger first instead of starting direct center?

      I kind of "do it my way". I find the middle by folding the aida. And then I count to the top and start from the top. I hate starting in the middle as I find is sometimes confusing. I prefer to start from the top but I count to make sure I have enough room. Go to top

        I recently started one from the bottom. I made sure there was enough room for lacing and framing and it worked out great. I generally start in the middle. Go to top
