lap frame for handicapped

i have a bone disease which makes turning knobs and turning the working frames over very hard. i am looking for a good floor standing or lap working frame for cross stitch that will flip over easily to clip the thread ends and will tighten really tight without having to turn that much-any help will be appreciated
