Sister Memories

I'm looking for a pattern of some sort that has two little girls on it. Something to do with sisters. I want to make it for my sister and have our names and her two little girls' names on it. I just cannot find anything I can use. Has anyone seen a pattern of two little girls playing or holding hands; something to do with memories??
