Hi, I seem to keep missing the boat, I find these cross stitch patterns after they are out of print. If anyone has or knows how I can purchase these two patterns I would be much appreciated.

    I would suggest you check Ebay or Etsy since I've bought many older cross stitch publications from these sources.
