I fell in love with this little guy as soon as I saw him! He's stitched on Silkweaver Potpourri 28ct. Jobelan using the threads in the included accessory pack. I left off the word "hummingbird" that was in the original design. I was so anxious to post this one that I didn't even get to iron it yet. :)
Part of the "Stitch Every HoliDay" series by Just Another Button Company, this design just had to be stitched for our home! There has always been a standing joke in our area, that when you are tired of your squash, you would sneak and leave it on your neighbor's porch to get rid of it. :) Thus, the reason it just HAD to be stitched. This design was stitched on 30 ct. R&R No Longer Blue linen and used the recommended GAST and WDW threads. The design came free with the purchase of the Just Another Button Company buttons.
Prairie Schooler had a series of seasonal ornaments in Just Cross Stitch in 2006. I took all of them and stitched them together to make a bell pull. This was stitched on 18 count off white aida.
Stitched on 28 count light blue Jobelan. I replaced the snowflakes with beads and changed the mouth on the snowman to give him a smile that I liked better. This design is a freebie and can be found on Sue Hillis' site.
I made Jack for my DD for her birthday. He was stitched on 28 count white Monaco using the recommended DMC colors. This pattern can be found in the CrossStitcher Issue 194.
