Welcome to my gallery! I am indeed mostly a charity stitcher for a group called Love Quilts. I had been sending cards to sick children through Make A Child Smile when I found Love Quilts back in 1999. People from all over contribute a quilt square toward a themed quilt of the child's choosing.(I am only stitching a few charity squares a year now as it's so popular to do so and I have made over 40 squares in 9 years).
I also enjoy stitching gifts and I do stitch for myself once in a while too. I have been stitching for 30+ yrs. My favorite designer is The Prairie Schooler-it exemplifies what cross stitch is to me. That's me holding the Shadows silhouette that I framed myself on my 21st wedding anniversary-4-14-05.
