World of Charity Stitching began in 2007 and is a group of counted cross stitchers, quilters, and sewing enthusiasts from around the world. They make lap quilts, therapy pillows, walker bags, tote bags, wheelchair bags, greeting cards and bookmarks to give to children in need and to the elderly in nursing homes. They donate to several charities including: Ronald McDonald House, Favor House (a domestic violence shelter) and Forsyth House (a nursing home).

Submission Instructions
  1. Go to WOCS Yahoo Group to join. From here you will be able to see what projects are currently available under Database. Once here, this page gives more details about each project.

  2. Click on a theme you might be interested in. You will see what others stitchers have chosen for that particular theme. For example, pattern name, pattern source, etc.

  3. Once you have completed your project, mail to the address listed below or per instructions from the group.
