Needle Magic Conversion

I have a couple Needle Magic, Inc. patterns from kits I made and now would like to make again. These kits used the indivisible thread unlike some that do use it. I actually have left over samples of each color but they are taped down so I'm having a hard time trying to compare them to the DMC colors to match. A conversion chart would be fantastic or I can list the colors also. Help would be appreciated. Thanks so much!
