I have an OTT light that has stopped working. My hubby thinks that is is the balast and not the bulb. The company cannot help, anyone had this problem?

    I purchased an OTT light. I pressed the button to turn it on and it worked the first time. then it stopped working. I emailed the company and was told to send them a photo of my sales receipt along with a photo of the cord (I was told to cut the cord). I had to pay $9.00 for shipping and received a new one.
