Designer Stitchers conversion chart

I found a great pattern on the internet that I would love to do but am at a road block because the color chart numbers are under "Designer Stitchers". All of the Floss Conversion charts I have found don't have those number on there. Can anyone help? Has anyone found a conversion chart for Designer Stitchers brand? If so please let me know.

    It would help to know what the freebie looks like, who designed it, or where it comes from. Sometimes knowing about the design helps to figure out what threads were used, or what other name they might be sold under.

    Do you have a color picture of the original model? Do you know what colors are surrounding the ones unfamiliar to you? It's possible to determine what to use by eliminating the obviously wrong options.

    Ooops! I obviously didn't read carefully enough. You said you found the design online, not that it was free. But I was not able to find out anything about the manufacturers of "Designer Stitchers" threads. If this design was a kit, the threads might carry the company name of the kit manufacturer, rather than the thread manufacturer.

    But the rest of the questions still apply, Can you give us an idea what it looks like, who designed it, or where it was made? Was there a color picture that caught your attention? Can you use that and the chart symbols to help select the colors? Can you get any info from the seller/provider of the design?
