I bought a large tote bag with an area of Aida built in.... 14 count. Has anyone ever made these totes? I know this sounds silly but do I have to stitch with my hand going in the bag? I assume I still have to affix a hoop? Thanks in advance!

Hello.....yes you have to put your hand inside the bag to stitch and it can be a little awkward. If you are able to use a hoop and open the bag up over it or roll the back of the bag down partly it makes things easier. I spent hours making a bag and stitching on a ballerina a long time ago and it was very fiddly working inside the bag but well worth it once finished. Go to top
