I used to be obsessed with cross stitching. I haven't done it in a long time because I can't see the patterns very well. Has anyone found a magnifier that works really well for this?

I've tried different magnifiers, over time I've found that enlarging the charts and replacing the regular bulb in my lamp withe a OTT light bulb works great. I use my printer to enlarge the cart. Go to top

Instead of using a magnifying light you can make copies of your patterns and have them enlarged. I scan my patterns and use a pdf converter program to enlarge each section as I stitch. BTW (by the way) you should always make copies of your patterns to mark up while you are stitching. Out the original away in a safe place so you will always have a clean copy. Copyright laws allow you to make copies for your own personal use. Go to top
