Peri Lusta Thread Conversion to DMC

I recently purchased an older Paragon Quilt "Colonial Star" and it shows the symbols and the color picture on the cover. It does mention (5) Peri-Lusta floss numbers and I am trying to make the quilt as close to the colors on the picture. Any help would be appreciated.
