Longstitch to Cross Stitch?
Mon, Jul 19, 2004 3:27 PM

I have a long stitch vase of flowers pattern that I would like to convert to cross stitch (some day when I get around to stitching.) :) Should I count the squares or the intersections for the stitching?

You should count the squares. If you want to make the piece smaller, use a higher count fabric eg. 36 linen or 32. Each square on a chart is equal to a stitch of your fabric.
