Material(s) alternative for making jewelry

Hello everyone! I came across some really cute patterns for a earrings and pendant set in a cross stitch magazine that I purchased 4 years ago. The material that was used to create the jewelry is a 40-count copper wire canvas from Kreinik. I did check out the site from which this particular material could be purchased from but it looked like they didn't carry the material any more. Would anyone by chance know where i could possibly find this material or know of an alternative that i can use?

    Malinda,
I have stitched pins and earrings on perforated paper a few years ago. The instructions for the pin are here: http://www.cyberstitchers.com/resources/finishing_techniques/jewelry_pin

Your welcome. Please remember that 3/4 stitches won't work on perforated paper - make sure your pattern doesn't have any. Have fun!
