I am going to make some yarmulkes. They are the little "beanies" that Jewish men (and some women) wear in the synagogue. Each yarmulke has four roundish trianglur (about 6 or 7 inch) sections that are sewn together. That is eight pieces for each unit (top and lining) My eight and nine inch shears are difficult to use for this. Can anyone recommend a good pair of 5 or 6 inch fabric shears. I've been told that rotary cutters might be better but I am having trouble working around the curves.
