Anyone know where to find a conversion from the Zwicky silk colors? have a pattern calling for Zwicky silk 2273, 2274, 2276, 2277, 2279, 2039, 2040, 2041, 2010, and 2017

    I've been unable to find conversions for this and I copied this from the Thread Needle Street website:
