HELP finding Judy Dalvit's Teeny Tiny Angels or how to contact Judy Dalvit

I am trying to find the charts for Judy Dalvit's Teeny Tiny Angels, I believe they are from 1998 and says over a dozen differnt patterns, but i cannot find the designer, the patterns, the company "The Design Gallery, Inc" in order to contact for purchase. Would appreciate any assistance in locating this patterns for purchase, or how to contact the designer as to where i can purchase. thank you all in advance.
