Looking for a pattern

One of the stitching magazines had a series of patterns (one each month) each depicting a different butterfly. When complete, the 12 squares formed a beautiful quilt. Does anyone remember which magazine published these?

Stoney Creek cross stitch collection had the butterflies. I think I have the entire collection to make the Afghan. Would you be interested?
