color key and symols for charts

How do I get the color and symbols for stitching each chart. The chart printed, but no color key and symbol

    Gloria,
    If you go to the File menu in the viewer, you can select Print Color Key to
    print those items. If you select Print Preview, you can see them before
    printing.
