Problem with PC Stitch Viewer Interference

I downloaded PC Stitch Viewer to display patterns. When I try to use my current PC Stitch 6 program afterwards I get errors loading program. If I use my PC Stitch program I get an error trying to view your patterns. I am stuck.

    Mary Jane,
    We've had similar issues when installing different versions of PC Stitch. I recommend trying to reinstall you old version and get that working and then contact M&R tech Support to see how to install the latest viewer when PC Stitch 6 is installed. You may also want to check their user forum. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

    I had similair problems when I got PCstitch 7. I uninstalled all PCstitch products and reinstalled PCstitch 7. I figure that I don't need the viewer if I have the program. Go to top
