Craftways magazine, where to point elderly sticthers looking for old patterns.

I work for Palm Press Inc. and our warehouse use to be the location for Craftways & CrossCreek sometime in the 80's. Several times a year I receive letters from various places around the US from elderly persons who found back issues of Craftways and fill out the cut-outs for free patterns and or order forms for various patterns. Sometimes they send checks, sometimes cash. I have helped some of them find what they are looking for, but the publications are hard to find, let alone the specific patterns sometimes asked for. I have a form letter we send back to them explaining the situation, but I wish I could do more. I doubt many of them have internet access, let alone how to use a computer. Any suggestions on how I could do more would be much appreciated.
