I entered all of my DMC floss, saving the worksheet periodically as I entered them. Saved at the end, closed out the website. When I went back in and all my entries were gone!

I'm not sure what problem you are having but the general steps are:

    1. Configure your browser to print background colors. This will vary based on your browser but it is usually in the Print Settings
    2. Click the "View Print Version" in the upper right corner of the window
    3. Use your browser's print menu to print the page. Usually CTRL-P on a Windows machine.

Let me know if this doesn't help or doesn't make sense.

Hi Rick. Thanks for replying so promply. I am trying toprint the floss list at Staples, as I don't own a printer. They ask to email the chart to them then they provide a code to allow you to print. I downloaded a copy and them emailed it to them, but each time they say it is not supported. I've tried emailing the chart to myself and then emailing it to them, but no luck. Don't know what I am doing wrong. Go to top

        Judy,
If you are using Windows, what I would recommend clicking the "View Print Version" and then print using your browser and select the option to "Save as PDF". This will allow you to then save a PDF of the printed document to your disk. Once saved, you can open the PDF to make sure it looks correct and then email that to Staples. They will be able to print the PDF. If you are using a Mac, it should have a similar option. If you are using a phone, I'm not sure that would be supported. If that's the case, send me a note via the comments page and I'll see what I can do.
