Missing chart for Vase of Anemones

I was given a sealed package of a Sheila Hudson design - primrose (yellow) aida with white anemones (blue highlights) in a blue vase. The aida, floss, needle and picture was included, but no chart. Can someone help me with this? I suspect it's an older pattern.
