....hello there!
I'm new to this group and already am starting with a problem... ??
So, I was too quick getting a pattern from patterns online.com. Only after I ordered did I notice that I need windows and have to download the patternviewer from pcstitch... Well, since I'm currently travelling, I only have my tablet with me. .. there's no Windows on it.
Customer service couldn't help, only suggest I find someone with a PC and even preferably with the program. Is there anyone who can help me out? I'm pretty cross-stitch addicted and would love to start, not wait until I get home in a few weeks.

Best wishes
Kristina

    Kristina,
Welcome to the group! All of the patterns are available in both PCStitch AND ".PDF" format so just download the PDF version and you should be OK. It should be the first button on the left.

      Dear Rick!

Thank you for your reply... but I couldn't find such a button, and customer service told me when I ask them kindly for a pdf version, that it's not available. I don't know, maybe it's a big exception, but this is what happened.

      Cheers

        Kristina,
The button is on each of the Free Patterns on this site. Just go to https://www.cyberstitchers.com/free_patterns/, and looks for the ".PDF" buttons. Click those when you see a pattern you want to download.

          Dear Rick,

I've detected a misunderstanding. It wasn't just a pattern online here, it was a pattern from patternsonline.com. On the link you sent me, everything is clear, but that's not the source. My pattern is an actual order from

          https://www.patternsonline.com

I've even downloaded it, but now I can't open it. I was hoping maybe someone on here could help and had a solution of converting it into a pdf or so... Go to top

            Kristina,
Ahhh ok now I understand. The only thing I could suggest is to see if a local library has free computer access where you could install the PC Stitch viewer, transfer the pattern, and then print as PDF. However you can do it, once you get the PCStitch viewer installed, you just choose Print and then instead of selecting a printer, choose "Print to PDF". Hope this helps.

              Dear Rick,

It's all good now. I managed to get a hold of the designer and she will just send me the pdf! Thank you for all your advice!
